Delivery, Returns & Payment

Ordering & Availabilities

You understand and accept that even if any item on the site is offered for sale it does not necessarily mean that it is available. We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any unavailable items are marked accordingly but where the items are not marked we will reserve the right at our discretion not to process your order.

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card if ordering online. All our charges are indicated in pounds sterling and will be debited as such. Your credit card company will exchange it into your country’s currency. The exchange rate can fluctuate from day to day and the relevant rate during the time of the transaction will be applied.

We can only accept payment for orders in pounds sterling (£). Should payment received be the result of a conversion of foreign currency and you decide to cancel your order we shall not be responsible for, and shall accept no liability for, the devaluation of funds refunded to you.

VAT at 20% is included on all purchases.

Despatch & Delivery

Your items will be despatched within 14 days of placing your order and sooner if possible, to the person named on the order form.

We shall despatch your goods in the appropriate packaging, by Royal Mail or UPS. Please email us if you require courier delivery.

Collection is available from Richard Young Gallery.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for verifying the authority of the signatory taking receipt of goods.

All prices quoted in GBP pounds sterling and are subject to change.

All prices include VAT/ include packaging & insurance.

Please allow 14 days from receipt of order for all deliveries.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not sell goods on a sale or return basis. However if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 020779378911 within 7 days of receipt. When you receive your order as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have until the expiry of seven days of receipt to return the ordered products. The goods must be returned in the same condition they were originally despatched from Richard Young Gallery and received by you.

You must contact us by phone (or by email to gallery@richardyoungonline.com) to confirm which items are being returned. You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of Richard Young Gallery. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.

Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
